Red, intense and rich. Structured and long-living thanks to the contact of wine with the skins of Amarone, as the Ripasso method requires. Smooth and persistent, with notes of sweet and sour red berries and raisins.

Intense red with garnet highlights. On the nose it has clear notes of forest berries, raisins and figs. On the palate it is full bodied, with soft tannins and powerful aftertaste.
It pairs perfectly with roast and boiled meats. Excellent with cold cuts and medium matured cheeses.
